Krispy Kreme threw the most coolest birthday bash in Davao

 

A birthday with sweet treats is a plus! Last July 23, 2022, Krispy Kreme threw the most excellent birthday bash in SM Ecoland Davao to celebrate its 85 years of happy and magical moments with the Original Glazed doughnuts.

The event was in a Y2K theme where we were all dressed up in Y2K aesthetic. I wore a pink rib shirt over a sweetheart black dress and white sneakers. I also claim my hair back with two long bangs for Y2K vibes. The place was filled with neon lights, a holographic photo wall, some Y2K toys like mini brick games and Tamagotchi; and Y2K songs that will let you sing out loud and dance.

The event will not be possible without Krispy Kreme Chief Operating Officer Sonny Tiong, Marketing Director Mark Gamboa, Marketing Manager Ysabel Cruz and the rest of the Krispy Kreme team. They introduced the Krispy Kreme new limited edition birthday-themed doughnut which was the Chocolate Drip cake. It was three tri-color chocolate cakes piped in yellow, purple, and blue white chocolate and birthday sprinkles, one of my favorite doughnuts. It is not your typical doughnut, it’s a special cake.

Aside from that they also launched a new birthday flavor for its line of Minis: the Mini Choco Glaze with Birthday Sprinkles which is so cute. To seal the doughnut tasting they served us with their newest beverage, the Mixed Berry Birthday Chiller. These two products will be available until August 31 only.

To make the party even sweeter and more exciting, Krispy Kreme set up a corner where we can design our own Krispy Kreme doughnuts. I had a great time doing it! It’s one of my dreams to be a baker one day and try decorating my doughnuts or cakes. After which, we took a lot of photos in designated areas.
