The first thing that comes into my mind when I hear Healthy Options is supplements but did you know that there are lots of different healthy products inside their store? Yup, you read it right! Last September 5, 2019 Healthy Options in Abreeza Mall re-opens with a bigger store. Aside from supplements, groceries goods display, they also have makeup products, essential oils, nutritional guide books and many more. To give you some ideas here's a sneak peek of their new store.

Here are the things I bought at Healthy Options.

Vitamin C 500mg Plus Rose Hips by Healthy Options Natural Supplements

Vitamin C 500mg Plus Rose Hips by Healthy Options Natural Supplements |P565

I’m not getting younger any more that is why the first thing I looked inside the store is vitamins. We need to intake vitamins in order to protect our health Vitamin C is considered a staple in any supplement routine. It has powerful antioxidant properties. It has the ability to promote healthy skin and boost immune system.  It contains No artificial color, flavors or preservatives; No wheat, gluten, milk, eggs, peanut, tree nuts, soy, crustacean and fish. It’s suitable for vegans.

Zinc 50mg by Solgar

Zinc 50mg by Solgar | P565

I was looking for vitamins to my teenage daughter then I saw this Zinc tablet. I’m not an expert here but to my understanding Zinc helps improve senses of smell and taste meaning pampaganang kumain (let me know it tama understanding ko by leaving a comment below). I ask their sales assistant if this is okay for 17 years old then she said yes. She also informed me that it also helps cure pimples so it’s a check for me. Zinc promotes healthy skin, supports healthy taste, vision and strengthens bone tissue. It also supports cell growth and healthy immune system. Solgar Zinc has No gluten, wheat, dairy products and Non-GMO. It’s suitable for vegans.

Coconut Chia Granola by Nature’s Path Organic

Coconut Chia Granola by Nature’s Path Organic | P255

If you follow me on instagram, you will know that I’m not a breakfast person which is not a good habit because most of the time it makes my tummy upset. Good thing cereals were invented. The Nature’s Path Organic Coconut Chia Granola is composed of whole grain rolled oats, cane sugar, soy oil, dried coconut, brown rice flour, chia seeds, oat syrup solids, natural coconut flour, sea salt, molasses and natural vanilla flavor. This 350g can serve up to 6 containers in ¾ cup size.

Organic Almond Plant-Based Beverage by Pacific Foods

If you have a cereal, you must have a beverage. This Organic Almond Plant-Based Beverage is unsweetened vanilla flavor, dairy free, carrageenan free, low fat, non-genetically engineered ingredients and it has a good source of vitamin D. You can use it in smoothies, baking and on cereal.

Inka Corn

Inka Corn | P175

While roaming around I saw this giant roasted corn. Its gluten free and zero trans-fat. I wish this was crunchier pa but I’m a fan on nuts so this will do.

Biscoff Crunchy Cookie Butter by Lotus

For the last item I found some spread that is perfect for snack time…breakfast…and meal time basta pang all-day-every-day! Biscoff Crunchy Cookie Butter by Lotus is a cookie butter made with Lotus Biscoff Cookies. It has canola oil, sugar, soy lecithin, citric acid, wheat and soy. This is perfect pair with bread, biscuit, banana and many more. Yum!
