How to Make Penne Pasta Spaghetti with Meatballs x Doña Elena Al Dente Pasta Eccellente

Cooking is not my hobby but when I watched cooking show, I wanted to duplicate what they are doing.  It seems like they are having fun slicing the vegetables and meat. Well I admit, preparing the ingredients its kinda fun but when it comes to mixing and adding some pampalasa nawawala na ako. Mostly salty or tasteless luto ko so better yet tiga kain na lang ako… Hahahaha!!! But again I really wanted to try cooking and I’m not closing my doors for new learning. Thanks to Fly Ace CorporationDoña Elena products and to my Sister for teaching me how to cook Penne Pasta Spaghetti with Meatballs. So without further ado, let’s get started.

Ingredients:

250 g of Doña Elena Al Dente Penne Rigate Pasta
1/2 Ground Pork
Onion
Garlic
Pepper
Salt
3 pcs. Potato
Sesame Oil
Spaghetti sauce
Cheese
400 g Doña Elena Diced Tomatoes

Procedure:

1. Get the 3 potato and shred it.

2. Get a big bowl. Mix the ground pork, shredded potato, onion, garlic, salt and pepper.

3. After mixing, form 12 pcs. of circle/ ball shape for your meatballs then put it in the refrigerator.

4. Get 6 cups of water and boil the Doña Elena Al Dente Penne Rigate Pasta for 12 mins. Then
drain the water and set aside the pasta. 

***Doña Elena pasta are made of 100% durum wheat semolina that is rich in protein, fiber content and less starchy than the ordinary wheat flour pasta. 

5. Put sesame oil in the hot frying pan mixed with garlic & onion. When you reached golden brown color add the remaining ground pork then fry.

6. Pour spaghetti sauce, cheese, meatballs and  Doña Elena Diced Tomatoes to add some savory taste. Don't forget to add a pinch of pepper and salt then mix it.

Tadaaaa! 🍝 You can now serve your Penne Pasta Spaghetti with Meatballs. 💋
