5 Things to remember before heading to a waxing salons

Hi Lovelies, it’s 2018 already and it’s time to have a fresh start.  When I say fresh start, it’s pampering yourself starting with grooming your eyebrows.  This became a monthly routine for me.  Ang ganda kaya ng feeling when your eyebrows are on fleek. Nakakafresh at nakakadagdag ng self-confidence.  Back then, shaving is one of the solutions I’ve tried. It was scary, risky and you don't feel safe.  Then I tried plucking using tweezers, it works well until hair starts growing and I can’t follow the shape of my eyebrows any more.  Then a friend of mine introduced me to threading. It’s
still a plucking method but using special thread instead of a tweezers. Good thing there are now lots of threading and waxing salons in Metro Davao and Hey Sugar Waxing Salon is one of them. They offer threading and waxing services for face, arms, legs and body. I don’t have to worry anymore because they have certified Aestheticians and they use 100% naturally hypoallergenic sugar wax that minimizes side effects such as allergic reaction and chemical irritations caused by traditional waxing.

Here are 5 things to remember before heading to waxing salons.

1.       Stop shaving at least 2 weeks before your appointment. Hair needs to be long enough so it can easily be removed.

2.       Skip the lotion on the day of your appointment to avoid irritation.

3.       Don’t schedule your appointment on the day before you leave for a beach getaway.  Make an appointment 2-3 days ahead of time to avoid skin irritations.

4.       Avoid threading or waxing one week before and during your menstruation period.

5.       Always check if the products they are using is purely organic.

Browberry cream (eyebrow threading) for P150

Choco lip (upper-lip threading) for P140

They also have eyelash enhancement like perming which I also tried and from last week of November 2017 until now my eyelashes are still permed.
They also have organic products.
